Join the intrepid community of concerned and caring boaters, yachtsmen and women, ferry and cruise operators, sailors, Vikings, fishermen, and women, as Mariners for a parade for the Oceans to bring their message of concern to the world leaders through advocacy, education, and events. The World Ocean Festival kicks of this initiative. The festival includes both a boat parade of both large and small boats, and an Ocean Village on Governor’s Island, celebrating art, education, innovation, and tools for action in support of the ocean.
